All prices on our website is including Danish VAT and taxes.
All our singles and OOP sealed products are sold in accordance with Danish tax laws under “brugtmoms”, stating that we pay a diffentiated VAT on the products.

Prices are valid for customers internationally.

We continuously update our website, but mistakes can happen. We do our best to update the website. If by any chance the are complications or errors in regards to your order, we will contact you directly.

Payment

All prices listed on the the sites are in the currency: DKK

We offer the following payment options:

  • PayPal
  • MobilePay
  • Cash on pick up. – According to Danish law, we cannot receive more than 50.000 DKK in cash PLEASE NOTE!
  • Visa, MasterCard
  • Bank transfer

Please note that bank transfers are not covered by the rights to revoke the order.

Card payment:

Our fees are 0 DKK when using MobilePay or card payments.
NOTE: PayPal can have costs related to the purchase for the buyer separately.

When are the funds withdrawn from my account?

If you use:

  • Visa, MasterCard – Money is withdrawn when the items are shipped

  • MobilePay – Money is withdrawn when the items are shipped.

  • PayPal – Money is withdrawn upon submitting the order.

Freight & Delivery

We always offer free shipping in Denmark via GLS or Post Nord for orders over 1000 DKK.

If you want your goods delivered through a different Parcel Delivery Service, contact us, and we will be happy to arrange it if possible.

High value shipments will be shipped by Courier with any additional expenses incurred on buyer’s expense as default.

Other arrangements can be made, but will be on buyer’s liability 100%. Please contact us prior to ordering to review options.

Orders above 100.000 DKK require personal hand-over or fully insured shipment at buyer’s expense. Some goods are not possible to ship internationally, due to size, local rules and regulations or other factors. In this event we will have to cancel the order. We ship out goods within 1-3 business days (mostly same day). Delivery time is depending on courier or postal service selected.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

Upon submitting your order you will receive an e-mail with info of your purchase. If you did not receive an e-mail. please contact us via email: info@tier1mtg.dk or on our Facebook Messenger: Tier1MTG

When your parcel is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with the final order confirmation (a confirmation will also be placed in your parcel) as well as a Track&Trace number to track your parcel.

If you did not receive your order confirmation, please contact us via e-mail: info@tier1mtg.dk Please be aware of seasonal busy periods e.g. Black Friday, Christmas etc. Black Friday normally creates delays with delivery time.

Rights of Return

According to Danish law you have 14 days right to return any product purchased on tier1mtg.dk, tier1mtg.com or tier1mtg.eu. Rights to return will expire 14 days after you receive your product(s). If you ordered multiple products in 1 order, but they are delivered separately the date will expire 14 days from when you receive the last product.

In the case of an agreement for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the right to return period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receiving the item to notify us that you wish to return your purchase. You can send an email to info@tier1mtg.dk. Be sure to use the standard return form, which you will find in the warranty section.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Return

Once you have notified us that you regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase on info@tier1mtg.dk

You will have to pay for the package to be returned and you will be liable if damage occurs during transport. We do not receive packages without delivery service .

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a way than what not necessary to determine the nature, properties, and manner of the item, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount ​

If you regret your purchase, you’ll get your money back. If the item is impaired in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will return the money using the same means of payment as you used when purchasing, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Warranty ​

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a warranty for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise the item within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months of the error being detected, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
